Job summary

E.N.T. Specialty Partners is seeking an Appointment Scheduler to handle high call volumes and register new patients in a remote-based setting. You will route inquiries, support callers, and maintain professional interactions with patients and staff across our ENT clinic network.

The role emphasizes accuracy in scheduling, familiarity with electronic health record systems, and strong communication skills to ensure outstanding patient service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems; eClinical Works experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology.
• Patient care focused; ENT knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with patients and staff.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls while always identifying self and clinic name.
• Assist patients and other callers by providing direct support or routing calls to the appropriate party.
• Complete initial registration of new patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Maintain professionalism and efficiency in all interactions with patients, staff, and providers.
• As with any dynamic clinical setting, responsibilities may evolve to meet the changing needs of the clinic and support overall team success.
