Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Provider Field Representative (Remote, Delaware) to support enrollment data, answer inbound calls, and ensure compliance with contract requirements while delivering reliable service to our clients. This is a fully remote position with a home workspace, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, travel within Delaware as needed, and a pay range of $35,000–$50,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience in a metric-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently.
• Healthcare Medicaid experience preferred.
• Experience meeting SLAs and contractual obligations.
• Ability to handle face-to-face interactions.

Responsibilities

• Review and input enrollment data across multiple systems.
• Answer inbound calls and support team as needed.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and regulations.
• Practice time management and punctuality.
• Travel within Delaware as needed.
