Peraton is seeking a Medicaid Policy & Regulation Analyst to research and interpret federal and state policies for the NE US states. You will serve as a subject matter expert, collaborating with Medicaid teams to educate and advance project development through policy analysis.

The role involves articulating policy in writing and presentations, contributing to analytical reports, and coordinating with CMS and state agencies. Telework is available from multiple states.

Qualifikationen

• Five years of policy research and analysis with a BS/BA, or nine years with a HS diploma.
• Ability to present and discuss state policies and regulations in relation to project impact.
• Research policies and interpret regulations and regulatory guidance.
• Strong interpersonal, independent and team-oriented work style.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Research, understand, and articulate Federal and State Medicaid policy and regulations for the northeastern jurisdiction.
• Articulate policy in written form and through presentations to stakeholders.
• Contribute written policy input for analytical findings reports.
• Engage with CMS and state stakeholders on policy discussions.
• Track policy workload and provide monthly updates to leadership.
• Maintain the Medicaid Policies & Procedures Manual with annual reviews.
