Qualifications

• 3+ years of Informatica PowerCenter, ETL Development, and Production Support.
• 3+ years of Oracle, SQL, and SQL*Plus Development, Tuning, and Troubleshooting.
• 3+ years of Medicaid Data Knowledge (Member, Eligibility, Provider, Claims).
• 3+ years of Root Cause Analysis and Production Incident Resolution.
• On-call support experience in a Production Environment.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, testing, and deployment of data integration solutions.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Work with Medicaid data related to Member, Eligibility, Provider, and Claims.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to deliver quality solutions.
• Create technical documentation and test plans for integration projects.
• Support coordination between application architects and developers to ensure ROI.
