• 3+ years of Root Cause Analysis and Production Incident Resolution.
• On-call support experience in a Production Environment.

Join Gainwell Technologies as a Medicaid Informatica Developer

and play a key role in designing, developing, testing, and supporting data integration solutions that help improve healthcare outcomes. In this role, you will work with Informatica PowerCenter, Oracle, and SQL technologies to develop and maintain ETL processes, troubleshoot production issues, and support Medicaid systems involving member, eligibility, provider, and claims data. The ideal candidate will have experience with production support, root cause analysis, and on call environments, while collaborating with technical teams to deliver high quality solutions for our clients.

Your role in our mission

• Apply your skills to support Gainwell as we help clients deliver better health and human services outcomes.
• Strengthen our capabilities as you design, develop, install, test and document applications software — including server, client and web components
• Play a vital role in designing, documenting and delivering technical architecture solution elements
• Support coordination between application architects and developers to make sure design requirements are accurate and deliver the desired ROI for clients
• Define and develop project requirements, functional specifications and detailed application solution designs for clients
• Focus on the details as you develop technical documentation and test plans to support integration and deployment
• Advance key goals and objectives for Gainwell and our clients by working closely with software developers

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience working with Informatica PowerCenter, ETL Development, and Production Support
• 3+ years of experience working with Oracle, SQL, and SQL*Plus Development, Tuning, and Troubleshooting
• 3+ years of experience working with Medicaid Data Knowledge (Member, Eligibility, Provider, Claims)
• 3+ years of experience working with Root Cause Analysis and Production Incident Resolution
• On-call support experience in a Production Environment

The pay range for this position is $58,200.00 - $83,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
