Qualifications

• 6+ years in a Business Analyst role with Medicaid/Medicare experience preferred.
• Experience in Medicaid claims processing and eligibility functions is highly desired.
• Strong analytical and requirement-mapping skills with familiarity in ALM tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a business analyst team’s duties on IT projects and mentor junior members.
• Bridge between clients, PMs, and technical staff to document and share requirements.
• Develop business specs with clients at project start.
• Analyze and design processes to support client technology goals.
• Verify requirements by approving test results.
• Quantify impact using Excel/SQL to support decisions.
