Qualifications

• 1-3 years Dialer call center environment preferred – not required (minimum of 60 calls daily)
• 1-3 years of previous healthcare eligibility experience preferred – not required
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, customer service, and HIPAA knowledge
• Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office and typing at least 40 WPM
• Must multi-task and manage time effectively
• High School Diploma or GED
• 7-year background check

• Screening/interviewing patients for insurance eligibility in outbound dialer environment
• Providing thorough, efficient, and accurate documentation
• The Outpatient Medicaid Eligibility Representative is responsible for meeting goals and quality standards
