Job summary

Revenue Group in the Cleveland area is seeking an Onsite Medicaid Eligibility Representative to help uninsured or underinsured patients access Medicaid and charity programs. You will screen patients at bedside, complete applications, and maintain HIPAA privacy.

Requirements include prior customer service experience and basic computer skills with good attendance and reliability. The role is full-time, 8:00am–4:30pm, pays $16.25/hour plus a $500 sign-on bonus and a monthly bonus up to $350 after

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Must be able to multitask.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Good attendance and dependability are essential.
• Successful completion of drug and background test required.
• Annual Flu shots and TB testing required.

Responsibilities

• Review hospital work queue or census to identify uninsured patients.
• Screen/Interview patients bedside to determine eligibility for Medicaid or charity.
• Complete applications for benefits as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and confidentiality.
• Meet production goals monthly.
• Maintain positive relationships with hospital staff and patients.
