Job summary

Humana seeks a Business Intelligence Lead to act as the analytics and enrollment operations expert for Medicaid Enrollment. You will guide state readiness, regulatory reporting, enrollment analytics, compliance monitoring, and modernization across markets.

You will partner with business leaders, compliance, and technology teams to design scalable analytics, leveraging Databricks, SQL, and Power BI to deliver actionable insights and improved member outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years in healthcare analytics supporting complex operational processes.
• 5+ years with large datasets, data warehouses, and analytic platforms.
• 5+ years of advanced SQL development experience.
• 5+ years designing and delivering Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Demonstrated Medicaid business experience.
• Experience with 834 enrollment transactions and membership reporting.
• Databricks and cloud-based analytics experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives independently.
• Strong communication to executive leadership.
• Experience driving data-driven process improvements.
• Act as an internal consultant and trusted advisor.
• Passion for improving member experiences through analytics.
