Humana Inc. is seeking a Business Intelligence Lead to serve as the analytics and enrollment operations expert for Medicaid Enrollment. You will guide state implementation readiness, reporting, and analytics modernization across Medicaid markets.

You will partner with executives, operations, compliance, and tech teams to design scalable analytics solutions using Databricks, Power BI, SQL and cloud data environments, driving efficiency and better member outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IS, Data Analytics, Healthcare Admin, CS or related field.
• 5+ years of healthcare analytics experience supporting complex operational processes.
• 5+ years of experience with large healthcare datasets, data warehouses, and analytic platforms.
• 5+ years of advanced SQL development experience.
• 5+ years of experience designing and delivering Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Medicaid business.
• Demonstrated expertise with 834 enrollment transactions, membership reporting, and controls.
• Experience with Databricks, cloud-based analytics platforms, and modern data architectures.
• Ability to independently lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong communication skills with executive audiences.
• Experience driving process improvement and operational efficiency through data.
• Act as internal consultant and trusted advisor to business partners.

Responsibilities
