Humana Inc. is seeking a Business Intelligence Lead to act as the analytics and enrollment operations expert for Medicaid Enrollment. You will drive state readiness, enrollment analytics, and regulatory reporting, partnering with leaders and tech teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions.

This role emphasizes independent judgment, cross-functional collaboration, and modernization to enhance compliance, visibility, and member experiences through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 5+ years of healthcare analytics experience.
• 5+ years with large datasets, data warehouses and analytic platforms.
• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 5+ years of Power BI reporting and dashboards experience.
• Experience supporting Medicaid business and enrollment data.
• Experience with Databricks and cloud analytics platforms.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead state implementation readiness for Medicaid Enrollment operations.
• Provide enrollment analytics, compliance monitoring, and reporting support.
• Partner with business leaders, compliance, and technology teams to design scalable analytics solutions.
