Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a Consultant to unlock data value for media companies, applying AI in ways that blend delivery, innovation, and business development. You will engage broadcasters, streaming platforms, and content owners on data architecture, AI tooling, and GenAI workflows.

You will influence end-to-end engagements, build relationships with C-suite and tech leadership, and translate complex data concepts into practical business outcomes in a remote, nationwide role.

Responsibilities

• Apply data architecture knowledge across cloud platforms, data lakes, and analytics layers for M&E use cases.
• Analyze client data ecosystems, pipelines, governance, and analytics maturity.
• Develop transformation roadmaps and next-gen architectures aligned to needs.
• Leverage modern data/AI tooling to design scalable solutions.
• Shape AI/ML implementations including recommendation engines and metadata intelligence.
• Stay current on M&E data/AI trends and translate into client strategies.
• Lead engagements end-to-end including planning, workshops, design, and ownership.
• Manage client expectations and provide alternatives to keep objectives on track.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Deliver client presentations and workshops translating data/AI concepts into business language.
• Engage cross-functional partners to develop right solutions.
• Anticipate and mitigate project risks and escalate when needed.
