Raytheon UK is seeking a Media Developer to support the Integrated Training Design Service, creating engaging training media and e‑learning content. You will collaborate with SMEs, storyboard authors, and the media team to deliver interactive materials on time and to standard.

Qualificações

• Qualification in Digital Media, Graphic Design or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Accountable for all media tasks for training transformation; advocate for inclusive, learner-centric media.
• Support the Media team in producing interactive media content following the Courseware and Media production process.
• Develop innovative media content using industry-standard software.
• Build strong relationships with subject matter experts to contribute to training transformation.
• Collaborate with customers to create fit-for-purpose e-Learning via storyboard development and deadlines.
• Identify and implement best practice across multimedia outputs.
• Maintain asset management of electronic files and documentation control.
• Follow QA procedures and standards; health and safety responsibilities.
• Adhere to security standards to protect data and operations.
• Occasional travel to other customer sites may be required.
