Job summary

OpenKrill is seeking a Learning Developer to create high‑impact, visually exceptional learning experiences for advanced technical audiences. This role blends motion design, learning development, and smart use of generative AI to turn complex concepts into clear, engaging content.

You will transform technical content into videos, animations, and LMS-ready assets, using After Effects, Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, and related tools, while applying brand standards and collaborating with distributed

Qualifications

• Strong technical background across hardware, semiconductors, and software.
• Ability to collaborate effectively among distributed teams with US Central Time overlap.
• Experience supporting learning programs in AI, infrastructure, data center, cloud, or similarly technical environments.
• Experience using generative AI tools while maintaining ownership of creative, editorial, and instructional decisions.
• Experience with Storyline, Rise, Captivate, Camtasia, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Adobe Learning Manager, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, and Lottie.

Responsibilities

• Transform technical content into videos, animations, presentations, quick-reference guides, and other learning assets.
• Create motion graphics, animated explainers, and video content with strong emphasis on After Effects.
• Leverage generative AI tools to shape content, accelerate production, and enhance learning experiences.
• Apply established brand standards across all deliverables.
• Adapt development approaches to support both rapid-turnaround projects and polished experiences.
• Partner with subject matter experts to clarify complex concepts and address content gaps.
• Independently manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines using PM and collaboration tools.
• Publish, maintain, and optimize learning content within learning management systems.

• Create motion graphics, animated explainers, and video content with a strong emphasis on Adobe After Effects
• Leverage generative AI tools to shape content, accelerate production, explore creative solutions, and enhance learning experiences
• Apply established brand standards across all deliverables
• Adapt development approaches to support both rapid-turnaround projects and polished learning experiences
