Job summary

OnTarget Communications seeks a Senior Instructional Designer / Learning Developer to craft high-impact learning for advanced technical audiences. Transform dense engineering content into clear, visually compelling assets across videos, animations, and interactive modules for hardware, semiconductor workflows, and software.

You will leverage generative AI to accelerate scripting and production, build learning with Storyline, Rise, Captivate, and Camtasia, and publish to enterprise LMSs.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background across hardware, semiconductors, and software.
• Translate engineering-heavy content into clear, structured learning.
• Fluency in multimedia production, motion design, and visualization.
• Curiosity and speed using generative AI in workflows.
• Able to ship polished content quickly in fast-moving technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Transform rough technical inputs (engineering notes, SME interviews, system diagrams) into polished videos, animations, simulations, and learning assets
• Produce advanced motion graphics and animated explainers for highly technical concepts
• Use generative AI to accelerate scripting, visual ideation, prototyping, and production
• Build interactive learning using Storyline, Rise, Captivate, Camtasia, or similar tools
• Create AI-powered learning experiences using Synthesia, ElevenLabs, Lottie, and emerging media tools
• Publish and maintain content in Adobe Learning Manager and other enterprise LMS platforms

Seeking a Senior Instructional Designer / Learning Developer to build high‑impact, visually exceptional learning for advanced technical audiences. This role is ideal for someone who can think like an engineer, design like a motion artist, and produce like a modern AI‑accelerated creator.

You will work with complex technologies - hardware systems, semiconductor workflows, embedded software, cloud platforms, and technical engineering processes; and turn dense source material into clear, elegant learning.

Responsibilities:

• Transform rough technical inputs (engineering notes, SME interviews, system diagrams) into polished videos, animations, simulations, and learning assets

• Produce advanced motion graphics and animated explainers for highly technical concepts

• Use generative AI to accelerate scripting, visual ideation, prototyping, and production

• Build interactive learning using Storyline, Rise, Captivate, Camtasia, or similar tools
