Job summary

Monks is seeking a results-driven Media Operations Lead for a remote/hybrid role across the US. You will oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, architect media strategy, manage client relationships, and mentor teammates.

The role requires 4+ years in media, strong project management, and platform proficiency across DV360, Campaign Manager, Meta, Google Ads, and more. We offer comprehensive benefits, PTO, 401k, parental leave, and an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Expert level proficiency in at least two platforms and basic understanding of one other relevant platform.
• Ability to outline, plan, and manage projects with KPIs and timely delivery.
• Ability to work with data in Excel/Google Sheets to identify trends.
• 4 years or more in a relevant Media role or environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication and meeting facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality campaign delivery from client teams and manage client communications.
• Architect media strategy and lead campaign planning, builds and ongoing management.
• Build trust with clients and provide updates, review requests and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with team members to complete day-to-day tasks for clients and internal efforts.
• Mentor and develop team members and contribute to media trainings.
