Job summary

Monks is seeking a Media Operations professional to lead end-to-end activation across programmatic, social and search campaigns, advising clients and coordinating with internal teams.

The role requires strong project and client management, strategic thinking, and a proven media track record in a remote/hybrid setting with US and international clients. You will work with key platforms and contribute to team growth and client value.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a relevant Media role or environment.
• Ability to outline, plan, and manage projects with KPIs and timely delivery.
• Strong data analysis skills with Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality campaign delivery and client communications.
• Architect media strategy and lead campaign planning, builds, and ongoing management.
• Build trust and rapport with clients and manage updates and questions.
• Collaborate with peers to share learnings and drive internal and external engagement.
• Execute on media platforms across Programmatic, Social, and Search channels.
• Utilize internal tools (Slack, GSuite, Salesforce, Workday).
• Mentor and develop team members and contribute to Media trainings and initiatives.
