Job summary

Monks seeks a Media Operations professional to manage end-to-end digital campaigns for client relationships. You will guide activation across Programmatic, Social, and Search, coordinating strategy, planning, and execution with a focus on driving media performance.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in media, strong project management, and excellent stakeholder communication. This is a remote/hybrid role with teams across the US and internationally, offering growth within a global agency network.

Qualifications

• Expert level proficiency in a minimum of two platforms and basic understanding of one other relevant platform.
• Ability to outline, plan, and manage projects with KPIs and timely delivery.
• Strong data manipulation and analysis using Excel/Sheets.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• 4+ years in a relevant Media role or environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality campaign delivery from client teams and manage client communications.
• Architect media strategy and lead campaign planning, builds and ongoing management.
• Build trust with clients and manage updates, requests, and platform issue troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with teammates to complete day-to-day tasks for clients and internal efforts.
• Share learnings across internal and external sources.
• Execute on media platforms across Programmatic, Social and Search channels (DV360, Camp Manager, Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit).
• Utilize internal tools like Slack, GSuite, Salesforce, Workday for day-to-day work.
