Job summary

Local Hero is seeking a Media Coordinator to source digital campaign data, validate configurations, track platform spend, and produce customer reports. You’ll work closely with our media team to ensure data accuracy and timely insights for client campaigns.

You’ll blend technical knowledge with strong communication, be comfortable with feedback, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-growing MAAP technology environment. Remote optional with hybrid for Boulder, CO-area candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous internship, academic project, or professional experience in marketing or related areas preferred.
• Experience engaging in digital media buying or reporting programmatic media either in an internship or professional role.

Responsibilities

• Source and validate campaign media configurations and data.
• Create program reports and identify opportunities to optimize media.
• Assist reporting on media spend, ad placements, and pacing.
• Build media performance reports for campaigns, ads or targeting.
• QA campaign configurations, variables, and uploads.
• Work with partner organizations to deliver data and reports in a timely manner.
