Media Manager, a full-service performance marketing agency, is seeking an Account Assistant to directly support the Account Manager in daily activities, including campaign management and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor or Associate degree, 2+ years of experience, strong Excel and InDesign skills, and a commitment to ethics and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associates degree required in a related field.
• 2+ years of professional business experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel & Adobe Suite, especially InDesign.
• Strong ethics, accuracy, dependability, and confidentiality.
• Remote work setup and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly support Account Manager in day-to-day activity.
• Participate in campaign management activities including media planning, results reporting, tear-sheeting, client calls, competitive research, and proposal development.
• Working with media vendors to execute requests and interpret campaign performance.
• Help with competitive analysis gathering intelligence, analyzing, and presenting results.
• Conduct ongoing communication with existing partners by e-mail, phone, web announcement posting, and other correspondence.
