Media Manager is seeking an Account Assistant to support the Account Manager in day-to-day activities and campaign management. You will work with media vendors, prepare tear sheets, conduct competitive analysis, and communicate with partners to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associates degree in business, CS, marketing, advertising, graphic design, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional business experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel & Adobe Suite knowledge (InDesign).
• Strong ethics, accuracy, dependability and confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• This position is remote.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Manager in day-to-day activities.
• Participate in campaign management activities (media planning, results reporting, tear-sheets, client calls).
• Coordinate with media vendors to execute requests and analyze campaign performance.
• Assist with competitive analysis and presenting results.
• Communicate with existing partners via email, phone, and other channels.
