Qualifications

• 4–5+ years running social media strategy, content creation, and growth for a brand, creator, or agency.
• Hybrid: think like Head of Content while staying hands-on with platform settings, AI tools, and copy.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong business maturity for high-level partner communication.
• Deep understanding of communicating with mature, high-net-worth demographics (40–70).
• Up-to-date knowledge of Meta tools, LinkedIn, YouTube and paid media setups.
• Extra attention to detail to ensure zero errors before publishing.

Responsibilities

• Social Strategy & Creative Direction: own the big-picture strategy and content calendar.
• Top-of-Funnel Growth / Paid Media Strategy: drive growth and manage paid activities.
• Digital PR & Community Outreach: build relationships and outreach.
• Content Production & AI Utilization: create copy, basic design, and AI-assisted content when needed.
