Job summary

The role emphasizes fluid handling, AutoCAD for process flow diagrams, and occasional in-person work in Brooklyn Park, MN, with up to 25% travel to client sites. The position allows remote work for most of the year.

The ideal candidate has aBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years of experience, and strong proficiency in AutoCAD for process design, piping, pumping, and routing tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience is required.
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD.
• Past work experience in fluid handling, piping, pumping, routing etc…

Responsibilities

• Edit 2D process flow diagrams in AutoCAD
• Design and detail out machines based on the requirements of the systems
• Perform calculations as it relates to flow process design, pump sizing, valve sizing, etc…
• Visit client locations and walk through equipment verifying that process flow designs match the equipment
