Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a mechanically oriented Process Engineer to join our client’s team in a largely remote role with occasional office visits in Brooklyn Park, MN. The candidate will have a strong background in fluid handling and expert AutoCAD skills to develop 2D process flow diagrams and sizing calculations.

Travel to client sites up to 25% may be required. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical/process engineering.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Background in fluid handling, piping, pumping, routing, etc.

Responsibilities

• Edit 2D process flow diagrams in AutoCAD.
• Design and detail machines based on system requirements.
• Perform calculations related to flow design, pump sizing, valve sizing, etc.
• Visit client locations and verify that process flow designs match equipment.
