Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years automotive experience with emphasis in service writing, shop management, or ownership.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence owners via phone or videoconferencing.
• Experience in teaching or mentoring small business owners.

Responsibilities

• Analyze a member's automotive shop and recommend improvements based on ATI practices.
• Coach, consult, and mentor members to achieve business goals.
• Guide clients through building blocks for profitable operations and ROI.
• Maintain client relationships and track progress via Road Map and CSI targets.
