Job summary

Driven Brands is seeking a Performance Coach in the ATI program to analyze shop practices and deliver actionable improvements. You will assess operations, coach owners, and guide them through ATI's 48-month reengineering framework to drive profitability and efficiency.

Responsibilities include listening to shop owners, communicating via phone/Zoom/email, reviewing financials, presenting new business models, mentoring clients, and coordinating with ATI teams.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years automotive experience with a strong focus in service writing, shop management, operations management, or previous shop ownership, preferably in the independent, nondealer, aftermarket arena.
Strong coaching, mentoring and communication abilities.
Experience teaching and mentoring small business owners.

Responsibilities

Listen to shop owners to identify improvements and coach toward profitable, efficient operations.
Communicate with members via phone, Zoom and email to implement changes.
Review financial statements and analyze business practices.
Develop new business models and present recommendations.
Maintain professional, results-oriented approach with strong mentoring skills.
Coordinate with ATI teams and participate in meetings and events.
Ensure client attendance and monitor progress.
