Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or closely related discipline.

• Able to clearly write and communicate complex technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design complex engineering problems across domains like FEA, heat transfer, fluid dynamics, kinematics, and materials.
• Author ground-truth solutions and benchmark responses for AI learning.
• Audit AI outputs for accuracy, safety, and compliance with standards (ASME, ISO).
• Refine AI thinking by documenting failures and providing feedback to improve model performance.
