You will produce 3D CAD models of simple mechanical components, interpret technical drawings, and document requirements, specifications, dimensions, tolerances, and manufacturing considerations. The work combines practical mechanical design judgment with careful evaluation of AI-generated engineering outputs.

Qualifications

• At least five years hands-on mechanical design engineering experience with 3D CAD modeling.
• Experience with FEA and engineering validation processes.
• Ability to produce and interpret comprehensive technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Build detailed 3D CAD models of simple mechanical components using CAD tools.
• Interpret drawings and identify critical dimensions and tolerances.
• Document requirements, specifications, and manufacturing tolerances clearly.
• Provide insight on stress analysis and FEA tasks to support model validation.
• Review CAD outputs and convey feedback to train and validate AI systems.
