Country Natural Beef is seeking a Sales Manager to grow revenue across a defined book of accounts in a fully remote role. You will manage retail and foodservice relationships, drive order flow, and develop price and promotional proposals.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in sales or account management, a track record of winning new accounts, and comfort with CRM tools. Travel about 50% is expected; a relevant agriculture or business degree is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of sales or account management experience.
• Proven success in new account acquisition and growing existing accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience with retail and/or foodservice sales channels.
• Knowledge of perishable supply chains and USDA regulations.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship skills.
• Able to manage a territory independently in a remote work environment.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50%.

Aufgaben

• Own revenue, volume, and margin targets for assigned accounts and territory.
• Prospect and win new retail and foodservice accounts.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, manage orders and issues.
• Develop pricing and promotions for accounts and seek approval.
• Build annual and quarterly account plans with growth targets.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and supply chain on promotions.
• Maintain accurate records, pipeline, and forecasts.
