Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an MDM Architect to design and lead our enterprise Master Data Management platform, focusing on business problems and enabling trusted data for Property 360, Client 360, and Reference Data. You will guide architecture, governance, and AI-enabled stewardship across a hybrid Profisee and Databricks environment.

You will collaborate with data stewards, business owners, and platform teams, driving scalable data solutions and ensuring data quality and governance

Competenze

• Deep expertise with Profisee or hands-on experience with a modern enterprise MDM platform
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise MDM solutions across multiple domains
• Working knowledge of data quality, metadata management, and data governance
• Proficiency in analytics platforms such as Databricks to support a hybrid approach to federated mastering globally
• Strong technical skills in SQL, data modeling, and data integration
• Proven ability to adapt across technologies and learn new platforms quickly
• Awareness of AI implications for MDM and its practical use in stewardship
• Strong consultative and communication skills bridging business and technical needs
• Experience providing technical leadership or mentoring, and ability to work independently in cross-functional teams
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills

Mansioni

• Understand business domain needs from Property, Client, and Reference data and translate them into scalable MDM solutions
• Own the current-state to future-state MDM roadmap prioritized by business value
• Serve as a trusted advisor on MDM strategy and platform evolution, communicating to non-technical audiences
• Challenge conventional MDM approaches and propose practical ideas that create measurable business value
• Define and own the MDM data architecture across domains and how Profisee and Databricks fit end-to-end
• Design and document data flows, integration patterns, and dependencies (Salesforce, SQL Server, Azure Synapse, Databricks)
• Establish modeling and domain design approaches aligned with business needs
• Ensure master data is consumed reliably by analytics, operational, and reporting platforms
• Implement profiling and stewardship workflows with data owners and governance
• Lead and mentor MDM admins and developers and collaborate with Product/Engineering teams
