Backpack Healthcare is seeking a Maryland-licensed mental health therapist for a fully remote, full-time role. You will manage a caseload of 25–36 weekly sessions, delivering individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth to children, teens, and young adults.

Competenze

• Maryland license active: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT, or LCSW-C.
• Experience with children, adolescents, and families.
• Ability to work remotely and manage a full-time caseload.
• Strong technology skills: Zoom, Google Workspace, and EHR systems.
• Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth.
