Backpack Healthcare is seeking Maryland-licensed therapists for fully remote, peak-hour shifts in the evenings and on weekends. You’ll provide teletherapy to children, teens and families, with dedicated supervision and career growth opportunities.

Earn competitive pay per billable hour ($65 for LMSW/LGPC/LCPC/LCSW-C; $45 for LMSW/LGPC) plus monthly bonuses, a 401(k) match, and PTO, in a clinician-led, minority-owned organization that values flexible, high-quality care.

Qualifikationen

• Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
• Strong communication, documentation, and technology skills
• Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice

Aufgaben

• Conduct clinical intakes and develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth
• Collaborate with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other team members
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EHR
• Build meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients and families
• Deliver culturally responsive care that meets families where they are
