Job summary

Weekday 1 is seeking practicing inpatient hospitalists (MD) for a remote, part-time role with compensation of $170 per hour to support a healthcare AI partner. You will review, annotate, and evaluate hospital clinical documentation, directly shaping the accuracy, safety, and clinical usefulness of AI systems.

Qualifications

• MD—hospitalist or internal medicine—with 2+ years post-residency and current inpatient practice.
• US-based physician eligible to work in the United States.
• Advanced proficiency (C1+) in at least one non-English language: Spanish, Chinese, Korean, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Review inpatient documentation — H&Ps, daily progress notes, and discharge summaries — for accuracy, completeness, and clinical soundness.
• Annotate inpatient encounter data against detailed guidelines and provide structured, written feedback for engineering/product teams.
• Contribute expert input on annotation guidelines and edge-case definitions; raise clarifying questions as needed.
