Qualifications

• MD (Doctor of Medicine) or equivalent medical degree is required.
• 2+ years of professional experience in medicine, healthcare, clinical practice, medical research, or related field.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management, especially with senior healthcare experts.
• Strong ownership, urgency, and attention to detail.
• Startup and entrepreneurial mindset with bias toward execution.
• 2+ years of experience leading complex projects or healthcare initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own projects end to end from pipeline framing to delivery.
• Translate customer needs into clear project specifications for Health and Medicine workflows.
• Design and improve domain-specific data pipelines for usability, accuracy, quality, and scalability.
• Align Operations and Health/Medicine experts for rapid deployment.
• Set milestones and drive a tight execution cadence.
• Own client communication with clear, direct updates.
• Manage Health/Medicine domain experts and project leads to ensure quality and delivery.
• Provide daily internal progress updates with blockers and next steps.
