Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Fifteen or more years of progressive software engineering and technology leadership experience.
• Seven or more years leading software development organizations.
• Five+ years delivering AI-enabled applications or AI platforms.
• Proven ability to scale a native AI software development organization.

Responsibilities

• AI strategy and portfolio leadership aligned with firm objectives.
• Build and lead a multidisciplinary AI engineering organization.
• Deliver AI-enabled products and platforms from discovery to operation.
• Define patterns for large language models, agentic systems, and observability.
• Govern security, privacy, and regulatory compliance throughout development.
