Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking a Director/MD, AI Software Development to lead a new AI-native software engineering capability within our Global Digital & CyberSecurity practice. The role oversees vision, strategy, architecture, and delivery of AI-enabled products and platforms across the firm.

The candidate will build a high-performing AI engineering organization, recruit specialized talent, and establish governance and production-ready standards to deliver secure, high-impact solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Fifteen or more years of progressive software engineering and technology leadership experience.
• Seven or more years leading software development organizations, including leaders of engineering teams.
• Five or more years delivering AI-enabled applications, machine learning platforms, intelligent automation solutions, or generative AI products.
• Demonstrated success creating and scaling a native AI software development organization.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale a native AI software organization with governance and standards.
• Lead delivery of AI-enabled products and platforms from discovery to operation.
