Qualifications

5+ years of product definition experience including 3+ years leading MBD or similar digital transformations.
Active security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a US Security Clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, or a related engineering discipline.
Experience with Model-Based Definition (MBD), including a minimum of 5 years applying MBD within a Siemens NX CAD platform.
3+ years of experience leading MBD or similar digital transformations.
Advanced knowledge of model-based engineering standards and practices (ASME Y14.5, Y14.41, Y14.47) with PMI usage.
Advanced knowledge of digital product definition interoperability formats (3D PDF, HTML5, STEP, QIF, JT).
Strong technical communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
