Job summary

Arcfield is seeking highly motivated MBSE Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to join our industry‑leading systems engineering team. This is a full‑time remote telework opportunity with performance‑based incentives and strong career growth.

You will work on cutting‑edge programs across Space Systems, Electric Vehicles, Combat Vehicles, Tactical Communications, and Command & Control, collaborating with domain SMEs and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience with one or more listed tools and modeling standards (SysML/UML).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
• BS/MS/PhD degrees as specified for the role.

Responsibilities

• Work on technologies across Space Systems, EVs, Combat Vehicles, and more.
• Collaborate with SMEs, peers, managers, and customers.
• Develop Use Cases, Activity Models and SYSML models with modeling tools.
• Produce model-based requirements, interfaces and design specifications.
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork in a highly technical environment.
