Job summary
Arcfield's Strategic Technology Consulting seeks an experienced MBSE professional to support national security and space systems. You will apply MBSE methodologies, build digital models, and contribute to system architectures for space-based sensing and acquisition programs.
You will collaborate with government leaders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical plans, perform trade studies, and deliver engineering products that guide portfolio decisions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on systems engineering or MBSE experience supporting complex government/space programs.
- Experience applying MBSE across the lifecycle including requirements, CONOPS, architecture, integration, verification and validation.
- Proficiency with MBSE frameworks and modeling tools such as SysML/UAF and Cameo/MagicDraw.
Responsibilities
- Develop digital models and system architectures to support acquisition decisions.
- Conduct trade studies and analyses for space system architectures and performance tradeoffs.
- Translate operational needs into technical acquisition strategies and metrics.
- Collaborate with government leadership and cross-functional teams to align engineering outputs with program objectives.
