Job summary

STC, An Arcfield Company in Sterling Heights, Michigan, seeks an experienced systems engineer to lead MBSE-driven architecture projects for defense platforms.

You will develop and manage system requirements, use MBSE tools (Cameo, SysML, UPDM/UAF), and collaborate across teams to ensure compliance and successful design reviews. DoD security clearance is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant systems engineering experience, with demonstrated weapons and defense platform knowledge.
  • Experience implementing open systems standards, MOSA, WOSA, GCIA, across diverse platforms (ground, air, maritime, space, or joint).
  • Proficiency with MBSE tools and methodologies (e.g., Cameo, SAM, Rhapsody, SysML, UPDM/UAF).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
  • BS 5-7 Years, MS 3-5, PhD 0-2

Qualifications
  • BS 5-7 Years, MS 3-5, PhD 0-2
  • 5+ years of relevant systems engineering experience, with demonstrated weapons and defense platform knowledge
