Job summary

Pennwood Cyber Charter School is seeking a Math Interventionist to support Algebra students through targeted, evidence-based virtual interventions. You will review data, identify needs, and create goals aligned with MTSS and classroom instruction.

The role emphasizes collaboration with teachers, support staff, and families while delivering Tier 2 and 3 interventions remotely. A Pennsylvania certification and teaching experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Instructional I or II certificate required.
• Pennsylvania teaching certification covering Algebra required.
• Three or more years of successful teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review student information to identify intervention needs.
• Provide Tier 2 and 3 mathematics interventions via virtual instruction.
• Deliver evidence-based instruction to build foundational skills and fluency.
• Monitor progress, adjust instruction based on student performance.
• Collaborate with teachers to support MTSS and curriculum goals.
• Communicate progress and goals with families.
