Job summary

Nadia Care is seeking a Specialty Care Manager (Maternal Health) to oversee all contracted specialty care roles across the organization. This remote, nationwide role sits in Care Operations and manages Doulas, Registered Dietitians, and IBCLCs, driving end-to-end coordination, roster availability, credentialing, and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in care coordination, maternal health ops, or contractor panel admin.
• Fluent with digital care systems and platforms (Athena, Spruce, Acuity).
• Willingness to participate in structured on-call rotation and on-call coverage for active labor.

Responsibilities

• Lead contractor interviews and onboarding for Doulas, RDs, and IBCLCs.
• Coordinate recruitment events and partner with regional doula networks.
• Maintain roster integrity, credentialing artifacts, and SLA-enforced processes.
• Collaborate with regional managers and care teams to integrate specialty care into member plans.
• Provide monthly reports on panel activity, credentials, and capacity.
