Nadia Care is seeking a Specialty Care Manager to anchor operations for contracted Doulas, Registered Dietitians, and IBCLCs. This role leads cross-functional coordination, roster matching, credentialing, and onboarding, aligning with clinical leadership.

Based in the United States, you will drive end-to-end operator functions, ensure compliance, and partner with regional leadership to deliver trusted birth support to members. A strong background in care ops and startup environments is preferred.

Formación

• Experience in care coordination and startup environments is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors (doulas, RDs, IBCLCs) across regions.
• Strong documentation, credentialing, and SLA enforcement skills.
• Experience interviewing and evaluating contractor candidates.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all contracted specialty care roles across Nadia Care.
• Coordinate end-to-end labor activation and roster matching.
• Ensure credentialing, licensing, and enrollment compliance.
• Lead recruitment interviews and represent Nadia Care at events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align member care plans.
