Nadia Care is seeking a Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in healthcare marketing to support campaigns, content, and operations. You will work under the Senior Marketing Manager to craft newsletters, press releases, and digital content with strong grammar and proofreading skills.

This remote role is within the United States (ET hours) with priority for candidates in Washington, D.C., Baltimore, Nashville, Memphis, and Indianapolis.

Formación

• 2-5 years of work experience in healthcare marketing.
• Excellent English grammar, strong copywriting, and precise proofreading skills.
• Design experience is a major plus.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Authorized to work and located in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Edit creative assets and ensure brand materials are current and accurate.
• Support project workflows in Asana and update SOPs and collateral.
• Procure marketing materials from vendors and set up online storefront.
• Assist in multi-channel campaign execution (email, SMS, direct mail, calls).
• Copywrite, schedule, and manage social media content and engagement.
• Coordinate giveaways and swag inventory and logistics.
• Design and maintain email templates in CRM for engagement.
• Build campaign tracking assets with UTM, links, QR codes; analyze KPIs.
• Collaborate with leaders to generate newsletter content and maintain website.
• Handle inbound group email inquiries professionally.
