Job summary

Terracon Consultants, Inc. is seeking a field technician to support testing and inspection of construction materials in various projects. You will assist with field/lab testing, data collection, and reporting under supervision, ensuring data quality and safety on site.

You will develop through increased responsibilities, maintain equipment, and communicate findings to project managers for timely submittals. A valid driver's license and basic certification goals are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ACI certification within 90 days of hire.
• Nuclear Density Gauge certification within 6 months.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history.

Responsibilities

• Assist on tasks and perform basic testing and observations under supervision.
• Provide clear documentation of findings and results.
• Communicate information to Project Manager for submittal.
• Submit documentation and communicate results as directed.
• Maintain equipment and be trained for increased responsibility over time.
• Follow safety rules and maintain quality standards on all projects.
