Job summary

Bechtel Global Corporation is seeking a Material Coordinator for its New Albany, Ohio project. You will support material planning and coordination for a semiconductor manufacturing site, ensuring accurate identification, storage, and delivery of materials and equipment needed for installation.

You will report material statuses and work closely with project controls, engineering, and construction teams to align schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree or equivalent; 1–2 years of experience or 5–6 years in related work.
• Experience handling vendor materials, tools, consumables, and safety material on construction sites.
• Strong ability to learn new applications quickly, including DSCS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material availability and reporting for installation work packages.
• Monitor inventory control mechanisms and use Supply Chain Automation tools.
• Support design revisions, rework, or contingency plans affecting material deliveries.
• Collaborate with warehouse and construction teams to ensure timely material supply.
