Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Materials & Procurement Coordinator for a fully remote role based in Temecula, CA. The position focuses on purchasing, inventory management, and supplier coordination for biopharmaceuticals and related products.

Responsibilities include PO management, inventory forecasting, and collaboration across Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and Product Management. Strong Excel and ERP experience are required; remote work is supported with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience with purchasing, procurement, and inventory management is required.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office is essential; ERP system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing and purchase orders for pharmaceutical, medical, ancillary, and packaging products.
• Monitor inventory levels, forecasting, lead times, days on hand, and slow-moving/dead stock.
• Work with suppliers on pricing, product information, documentation, returns, and purchasing requirements.
• Maintain accurate product master data and purchasing transactions in ERP systems.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Product Management to resolve inventory and purchasing issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement and inventory processes.
