Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Manager – Contract Manufacturing for a remote role in the nutraceutical sector. You will lead the contract manufacturing function, manage relationships with multiple manufacturers, and optimize inventory while coordinating with procurement, product development, quality, and external partners.

Responsibilities include product-launch oversight, forecasting-driven production planning, and vendor performance optimization in a growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in production, supply or contract manufacturing roles.
• Experience across multiple contract manufacturers.
• Background in food, beverage, nutraceutical or related consumer products.
• Strong inventory planning and finished-goods supply knowledge.
• Experience with new product launches from formulation to release.
• Cross-functional collaboration with procurement, product development and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the contract manufacturing team.
• Oversee relationships with contract manufacturers and operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast changes to adjust plans.
• Plan production across multiple partners using forecasts and targets.
• Own product-launch timelines from lock to quality release.
• Lead vendor performance discussions and improve scorecards.
• Support transitions to new manufacturers or internal production.
