Job summary

RTX is seeking a Materials Program Manager to lead GSCM activities within the ESSM portfolio. You will interface between Supply Chain and program teams, drive material strategies, forecasting, and ROM/proposals development. Remote U.S.

based role with potential onsite discussions as needed. The role requires a university degree or equivalent with significant experience in supply chain, operations, and program planning, plus preferred EVMS certification and a Master’s in business.

Qualifications

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
• Experience in Supply chain, operations, program planning, estimating, compliance or another similar/related field
• EVMS certification is preferred
• Master’s degree in business is preferred

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing material strategies
• Material forecasting
• Ensuring cost and schedule requirements are met
• Evaluating metrics to monitor GSCM health
• Supplier assessments
• Development/support of ROMs/proposals
• Drive processes to successful completion in a fast-paced delivery environment
• Propose sound and innovative business solutions to increase operational efficiencies
