Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• 3+ years of mass tort, mass arbitration, or complex claims administration experience preferred.
• Project management experience with multiple concurrent matters and client relationships.
• Experience handling large claimant populations and complex datasets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mass tort settlement programs and mass arbitration matters, including workflows and intake.
• Manage client relationships with clear communication and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate with counsel, vendors, and arbitration providers to support program administration.
• Review settlement documents and governing guidelines and ensure compliance.
